Would Exercise Help With Skin Sagging?

Hi, I fell down 5 stairs about 2 months ago. I had a large bruise that eventually went away. This week, I noticed a large indentation on my right buttock, in the same place where my bruise was. I also noticed some sagging on the right side. Is this permanent? Will exercises help? Thank you!

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, you had a bump, due to falling down, 5 stairs. naturally there will be some minor injury to the bone, though the bump went away, the internal injury may cause the indentation.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
If it is a minor injury you can get relief by medicines and exercises.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
