Whenever I Sneeze Flakes Of Paint Always Comes Out

I work in a steel manufacturing company as a painter. I spray paint gate posts and gates. I do use a respirator but feel as though the fumes are still getting through. My chest is tight, whenever i sneeze flakes of paint always comes out. I have heard from other painters that i should ask my employers to provide me with milk to drink after my painting task. will it help to clear my chest?

Hi, Linda
Drinking milk will not clear your chest (lungs). You need to change the respirator as paint is getting through it and entering your nose.

Take care
