Swelling in the heart could have been wrongly referred to myocarditis, usually viral also swelling around the heart, the lining called pericarditis, resulting in pain and fluid accumulation around the heart, which looks like heart being enlarged on X-ray and echocardiography. It results in decreased cardiac pumping abilty, resulting in fluid accumulation in the body.Is treatable, if not curable.
