i love bread but i was told i cant eat bread because i am diabetic doe s anyone know if there is a dibetic bread thank you

Whole grains breads are the best due to the fiber. Look at the back of packaging of foods. You avoid foods with high saturated fats and chorlestrarol, eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole grain cereals.
