What Is The Safest Sleeping Pill ?

Good afternoon. I would like to ask any doctors here if what is the safest sleeping pill you could recommend? I have trouble falling asleep. Due to lack of sleeping hours, stuffs starts to happen. Being groggy the next day, irritability, I also throw tantrums at anyone. Then I would also feel the other way around. Once I get to sleep, I have trouble waking up. If I do, another sense of irritability happens. I don t know what s wrong with me. It seems like I m starting to do things without my control. Something inside my heads trying to tell me to do something wrong. Hope to jear from you soon. Have a nice day

Hello,

the safest sleeping pill would be zolpidem (ambien) since it does have few side effects. Some people also have good relief with valerian (herb, no presciption needed). Both of course just treat the symptoms and do not get to the root of the problem, therefore you should also see a sleep specialist.

Best regards,
Wu
