what does it mean by, the anteverted , non gravid uterus contains a 5.0*4.6cm left sided anterior intramural fibroid. There is also a 4.4*3.3cm left-sided subserosal fibroid present. The uterus measure 9.8*6.4*7.6cm in dimension. The fibroid abuts the endometrium and is displace posteriorly

You have two fibroid in the uterus,one intramural measuring 5.0 X 4.6 cm in the left anterior side and another is subserosal in position measuring 4.4 X 3.3 cm in the left side.
The fibroid is abutting the endometrium and it is displacing it posteriorly.

Your condition should be first managed with medicines.
Myomectomy can be done if there is complications like infertility,recurrent abortions etc.
You should consult your gynecologist.
