What Causes Pain In The Back In The Lungs And Congestion In Chest?
i have had a very heavy cold which started 1 week after my flu jab. i have copd and started a course of amoxicillin onwednesday 11th december to try and ease the congestion in my chest but have now developed serious pain in my back in the region of my lungs. is this bronchitis?

Your findings need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,chest x-ray (PA view).
You may also need ultrasound of thorax after evaluation.
Chest pain may be due to infection(penumonia),pleural effusion etc.
Chest X-ray is important in such cases.
Treatment depend upon findings.
