Hi , in my opinion all your symptoms are due to low Blood pressure. BP of 74/40 is very less for our body organs to get proper blood supply. When a organ is deprived of blood, it doesn't function properly and produce symptoms. If it eye you get blurring of vision, if it's brain you feel dizziness.Heart rate increases to maintain blood supply to this organ that is the reason you are feeling racing heart. You should visit a doctor soon . You might require intravenous fluids if your BP remain low. Do drink more of water with some added salt . How this helps.Take care.
