Hi Sophie,
Thanks for writing in.
From the description that you have provided, it looks like an yeast infection. It is unlikely that it is a sexually transmitted infection. The infections occurs more frequently in people who receive antibiotics and has to be diagnosed by a physical examination and an examination of the vaginal discharge. Itneeds to be treated with anti-fungal drugs. We would usually start by giving you a vaginal pessary with an anti fungal drug. This should take care of things in 2-3 days. If you do not respond, we can give you an oral anti fungal drug.
Since these are prescription drugs, I would suggest you see a gynaecologist or your general physician.
Hope this helps

Hi
Welcome to HCM

Swollen area around after first time intercourse is normal. Some degree of swelling persists for day or two.

Increased secretion is normal during intercourse and also during ovulation. White discharge may be due to ovulation and i don't think you need to worry about. I don't think it is STD by only with that symptom.

Pain during micturation may also occur after intercourse. If pain persists it may be due to urinary tract infection. I advice you to have lot of water and antibiotics may be considered if it persists.

If your next period is delayed, i advice you to carry a urine pregnancy test using kit which is available in most of the drug shop.

Hope you got the information you needed.

Take care.
