He needs to eat foods such as fruit, vegetable, yogurt, milk, fiber bars, oatmeal, fiber cereal, eggs, blueberries, broccolli, and bread. The red ring i had as well. It was a problem that i was born with and when i was born it was very small and when i got older it had expanded and during my teen years I had surgery to have it removed. they put you to sleep during this operation and then after operation they give you stiches and i had to use a dougnot to sit down. The itching means that probally his butt isnt being washed enough or not very good. use a washcloth and scrub it with soap real well. you can buy cream in a local pharmacy to stop the itching. if cream doesnt help to get rid of the itching you may want to buy powder or some other cream that is specifically for a rash.
