Question About Pace Maker

my uncle this morning awoke at 3:30 this morning screaming its happening again  and when i walked into where he was sleeping he was holding his chest and he jolted as if he was having a seisure or something. he has a pacemaker installed in his chest  and now says that his chest feels numb what the heck is going on he did this three times with in 3 minutes. he said it felt like something hit him in the back of his neck.

Hi.. Since he is know to have a cardiac problem, do not hesitate to see a doctor.. A cardiac evaluation is needed...

well he has a pacemaker already.now the first thing you should do in such a case is to check the pulse immediately so that you have an idea whether it is regular or not.It may happen that the pacemaker is not functioning properly.so better to take the opinion of a cardiologist immediately
