Peroid With Killer Cramps

i have my peroid now and have killer cramps. what things help ease the pain?(besides meds.)

Well i have had it too sweetie soo what i did was jump up and down or jumping jacks 20 times and then put a pillow on my stomach and rested for a while! It helped me!
