You should see a dermatologist first to find out if there is a fungal infection.Even your primary doctor may be able to help you.

You need to be examined by a doctor.Two possibilities here.Either a skin infection,mostly fungal or a vascularity problems.Both need to be treated and i would advise you to see a doctor soon.
