pain and fever at 39 weeks pregnant, What could this be and what can I do ?

Hi, i m 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant to be exact and i ve been having abdominal pains very painful with fever of °101 for the past 6 nights, the fever slowly goes away when i m awake but the pain comes and goes through out the day especially when my baby moves. What could this be and what can i do?, it almost feel as painful as contractions.

as you are full term pregnancy and running high temperature,you immediately consult your gynaclgist and get admitted as any time delivery can take place and mainly problem is high temperature which can produce complication
