Nose Bleeds Continuously.

I live in Wellington (NZ) It is cold and Windy here Last couple of days, I have been noticing that my nose bleeds continuously without stopping Blood just oozes out rapidly for about a minute and then stops after washing I have no irritation or pain when this happens This happened to me back in India once or twice I am trying to find out - if this is a serious issue or whats happening ? your answer will be much appreciated

Common cause for epistaxis is drying of nasal mucous membrane due to dry weather. Lubricating the inside of the nostril with an ointment like vaseline with a bud may help.
