I would advise you to take plain water steam daily at night before sleep.
In the morning when u get up in the bed itself do some deep bresthing exercises like pranayam and anlom vilom. i.e inhale through one nostril
and exhale through another nostril.
also avoid cold
, sour things for a few days.
u may also take homoeopathic medicine Kalium carbonicum 200 once a week dose.
