Yes it is. It is catagorized as HTN Stage II. The highest you can get without being in hypertensive emergency. You are actively damaging your kidneys with that BP. Go immediately in to the ER, or doc. You are at risk for stroke, and increased risk for organ damage. HTN emergency is defined as 200/120.. so you are close to a down and out emergency. Please get treated.
