Hi well come to HCM.
since you are 14 only mostly you are likely to have muscular pain only, Apply some
pain reliever ointment like DUOflam etc you should be alright and still if persists go
for X-ray chest and if suggested by doctor echo cardiography. Take care aand Thanks
