Welcome to Healthcare Magic
It could be due to skin infection due to improper hygiene, wearing tight clothes and sweat accumulation. You need to wear cool cotton clothes, avoid sweat accumulation, avoid sun exposure. Also get your blood sugar tested. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Apply antibiotic ointment to the area for relief. Consult a Dermatologist if there is no improvement.
