Hello, welcome to HCM. As you are still young you should not worry about it much as your skin is still regenrating and in most likelyhood your scars would disappear by themself. You can use home remedy of applying coconut oil as it is known to lighten the scar mark. You can consult a dermatologist who would be able to assess you better and prescribe any allopathic medicine in case required. You can also consult a cosmetic surgeon for long lasting solution. Wish you good health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Am afraid most of these marks are long time scars. They will never disappear unless radical surgical therapy is attempted like skin grafting atleast on face for cosmetic relief. Laser may help to some extent to reduce pigmentation along with skin lightening ointment if possible. Speak to your Dermatologist for the various treatment options and get a proper solution.

to remove those scar mark there are a number of natural remedies that can be used to quicken the process. You can take some cotton gauze or balls and soak it in coconut water and apply it over the affected areas daily. Most folk therapists who advocate this method are of the opinion that the use of coconut water ensures a speedy removal of your scars. Another alternative is to use freshly squeezed lemon juice as an application over the affected area of the skin.

cassea sap Q + berberis aquifolium Q (HOMEOPATHY MEDICINES) (mix in 1:1 ratio) apply externally daily 2 to 3 times for 1 month. The scar will fade away gradually.
