i have had small side pains for the last 3 days and i sometimes have trouble breathing without the pain

i have had small side pains for the last 3 days... it hurts more when i breathe so often i am short of breathe. i sometimes have trouble breathing without the pain, i think it may be a panic attack as alot of the symptoms are similar but i dont know what to do please help

Hi.. Panic attacks are a mind disorder and cannot be cured over night.. It may need a combination of treatment with behavioural therapy with or without medications.. You can practise a few therapies that include regular physical exercise, deep breathing exercise before the episodes of panics, good soft music, yoga and few other forms of therapies for home care.. If the symptoms are severe, a councelling and therapy from a psychologist will be needed..

it could be anxiety or an organic lesion causing the pain. I would advise you to get a xray to rule out truma. Also a examination is required to ruke out any pathology causing pain. I would adcise you to visit a physician in this regard and also get a xray done. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
