Hi welcome to healthcaremagic

The most common cause for the increase frequency of micturition is Urinary tract infection, But in your case you say that you do not have burning sense of urination, hence there is less chances of UTI(urinary tract infection)... other causes are Diabetes insepidus, diabetes mellitus, which is not common at young age and there is no significant family history... but still you must be treated for UTI, antibiotics are tab. Norflox 400mg twice daily for 5 days and stop... continue to drink water....

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You have Frequent Urination, if you have no other medical history, may be you have a Overactive Bladder, which causes sudden need to urinate due to bladder spasms or contractions. Do you have any involuntary loss or urine, without your notice? It could be due to Bladder Outlet Obstruction, Infection, Bladder stones, If you were to be above 40, i would have asked you to get your blood sugars tested, but since you are young, first get yourself examined by a Urologist so that he can examine you and if necessary get the tests done like Ultrasound, Urinalysis and X rays and Pad Test. The treatment depends upon the cause. Drink enough water, Do not drink large quantities of fluids with meals, Sip small amounts of fluids between meals. Stop drinking fluids approximately 2 hours before bedtime. Avoid coffee, carbonated drinks, acidic and spicy foods. Try to control your Urine, force yourself to wait 1 to 1.5 hours, practice this daily along with Kegel exercises where you contract your pelvic floor muscles.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
