I Have A Problem Of Tight Foreskin And Early Ejaculation During Masturbation
Hi..I am going to get married in about a month's time. My problem is a tight foreskin and early ejaculation during masturbation. Can you please provide me some solutions..thanks.

Hi,
Tight foreskin which cannot be retracted is called phimosis and is treated by a minor surgery called circumcision. In some people, there will be pain during retraction; however they will be able to retract the foreskin, when a lubricant (KY jelly)during intercourse can be tried .
For premature ejaculation , you need an evaluation by a urologist after which there are techniques like stop and start method to prolong the erection.
For both , you need to see an Urologist.
