i had such a sick feeling

it was my first time last night and i had such a sick feeling. i feel nauseated. we used protection and he didnt climax inside. im really worried. i still have that sick feeling. i couldnt sleep last night. i had about 4 hours sleep. could that be it? why do i feel like this? what can i do? could it be psychological?

hi,thanks for query.You seems to have too much of anxiety might be because of fear or subconscious guilt of doing something wrong.As you had protected sex you are safe and there are almost no chances of pregnancy.Relax a bit,try to thing about the enjoyment that you had.Take proper rest and light diet.If you are not comfortable please refrain from doing this again.Keep your self busy and avoid stying alone.

psychological, yes. 4 hours of sleep isn't a lot. If you are worried that you're pregnant, that wouldn't cause nausea this soon. Take a deep breath, call your sweetie, and make plans for the weekend.
