Homeopath 's  Response
welcome to health care magic forum,
scabs, trouble breathing during nose & nasal passage swelling all these symptoms shows that you are suffering from recurrent cough and cold, scabs is due to dryness of discharge or mucous inside nose, trouble breathing at night is due to nasal obstruction which may be due to nasal polyp or DNS, so if you are looking for permanent solution for this problem you should take Homeopathic treatment which is safe, reliable and without any side effects, unlike other treatments which have many side effects and may provide you only temporary relief

you should take hot water steam daily before going to sleep.

and for complete cure you should start taking Homeopathic treatment, for more info you can mail us at or visit us at

ENT Specialist Dr. Sumit Bhatti's  Response
1. You should have an ENT examination to rule out causes of nasal obstruction, which may vary according to your age. This may include a CT PNS Scan, Sleep Cine MRI Study and/or endoscopy. You may also require to undergo a Sleep Study or Polysomnogram (PSG) at a Sleep Lab.
2. A DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum) is the commonest cause for this condition. Chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps , allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS) and turbinate hypertrophy are among other causes that come to mind. Can you elaborate on your age, history, symptoms and any previous investigations, medications. Nasal obstruction can be treated.
3. Is one nostril perpetually blocked or are they alternately blocked?
4. Antihistamines and nasal sprays, use of humidification by saline nasal drops, steam inhalation and mucolytics may help. Post your examination findings and results here.
5. You should rule out atrophic rhinitis.
