females do put on wt after their first child because of lots of pampering. Avoid oily and sweets fried in saturated fatty acids. which is the indian custom and said good after first child. 30- 40 mins brist walking along with diet control will help u in losing wt.

Medicines are not good option to lose weight . Make strong will power to lose weight.Avoid all fatty/ fried foods .Small frequent meals containing plenty of salads & fruits. .Do regular exercise & brisk walking for 30-40 minutes daily.result will start coming with in month or so.
