welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes, you have to worry about the symptoms.
2.It can be again the fluid leakage. With a previous history we should suspect.
3.Get an ultrasound as soon as possible and evaluate the AFI, and fetal well being.
4.Suggest to get an appointment / or ER a soon as possible and get the needful things done.
5.Low lying placenta is another risk factor which needs followup. Get immediate medical help.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
