Dear,
Vomiting sensation while touching you throat posteriorly is a normal reflex.?Your vomiting could be due to that. Dont go too much posteriorly.
Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
When do you get this discharge and vomiting sensation. Is it only when you brush your teeth. Avoid brushing hard especially at the back of your tongue which can trigger the gagging reflex. If it happens otherwise, then you could be having gastrointestinal reflux. Better to avoid spicy food. Be on bland cool diet. Don't lie down immediately after meal. Lie at an angle of 45 degrees with head up for 2 hours before going to bed after eating. Drink plenty of water. If the difficulty persists you may need to visit the Surgeon and get examined and get tested for a proper diagnosis and management.
