erectile dysfunction, how it is caused & its cure ?

im 16 years old. i cant get my penis erect easily(like when i see a beautifull girl) and the erections that i get are soft.the erection doesnt last long if i dont touch myself.when i try to move my penis it feels like i feel my anus instead.i weight 74 kg.And it takes time to get erect.could this be a result of nerve damage?. is this permanent or temporary.I noticed it a while ago. I checked some sites and i couldnt find what i wanted. how can i cure this problem.I did a sugar test to check if i have diabetes cause i drank a lot of water and i went to toilet all the time but it is normal ( as the test showed).could you please tell me the cure for this problem and what this problem is and how it is caused?. thanks and please answer .(by the way before long time ago it became randomly erect even with the slight thought of something involving sexual content)

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
See here, you need to understand that Erectile dysfunction is failure of sufficient erection for SEXUAL INTERCOURSE. If you sit by yourself and expect to think up an erection it not necessarily has to be a full erection. Please get your idea right. Avoid spending so much time thinking these things at your age. You should concentrate on your studies, work and family. When you have sexual intercourse you will do just fine as you will receive the sufficient stimulation you need for a full erection and no need to imagine anything with effort to get it.
