dangerous level cholesterol

I have cholestrol LDL 224 and HDL 48 m 30 yrs of age triglyceride 330 I found that it is very dangerous to have cholestrol at this level. my question is if LDL comes down, then triglyceride also comes down? i started avoiding coconut, oil, pizza, all cheesy and fatty foods... night times only having chapatis without oil and onion, tonoto curry. and started long walking. i thought i will see whether there will be any progress with my new diet and walk...

Have a glass of pomegranete juice in emprty stomach in morning, or have warm glass of water with lemon juice in it. Include garlic in your diet, it helps to lower cholesterol. Also you can get a personalised diet chart and fitness program to fight your condition. I got one done for diabetes and hypertension for my mother from this website. The total cholesterol, LDL and HDL levels are very important. You don't have to stop eating oil completely. Use the right oils in moderation. eat a high fibre diet as well that will slow down and reduce cholesterol absorbtion it is better you avoid ground nuts
