A study came out of Munich University. Patients were put on a low fat diet, and the cholesterol
fell 10 percent and stabilized. Garlic was added, and the cholesterol fell another 10 percent.
Eat right, exercise, don't drink too much, don't smoke at all. Maybe you'll last longer.
There is no "magic bullet", but garlic has shown some beneficial impact, plus it makes your food taste better!
