Carotd Artery Blockage & Prolapsed Mitral Valve And A Prior A Fib.

had a stroke 6 months ago and now right carotid artery is 100% blocked arre ther any drug that can help dissolve the blockage. I am on zocor and warfarin. i am a 64 year old female on hbp medicnes also have a prolapsed mitral valve and a prior a fib also have crohns disease

Zocor and warfarin are to stop further episodes of blockage. 100% blocked artery can only be opened surgically. No medicine can open it fully.
