Hi
I am not clear with your question. I would like to know your age, status of menstrual cycle whether premenopausal or post menopausal?
Femara is an oral non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor for the treatment of hormonally-responsive breast cancer after surgery.Very common side effect is arthralgia (joint pain).Long term use may lead to osteoporosis which is common in post-menopausal women or osteoporotics, bisphosphonates may be helpful.
Consult your specialist who prescribed you the drug. X ray or DEXA will be helpful
I find this answer helpful
