Avoid situations which trigger depression symptoms, Exercise regularly and go out and mingle with family and friends. Don't avoid your family because you need it t lead a happy and healthy life. Avoid alcohol and get plenty of sleep. If you are childless, speak to your wife and plan for a kid. If your symptoms worsen with time, don't wait for anything, speak to your Psychiatrist
