Hi, your little boy seems to be having Liver disease. Tha chalky stools may be due to fat malabsorption, if so, it indicates that the liver is not functioning normally. try oberving the white part of his eyes to see if there is any yellowing, due to jaundice. He needs the attention of a Pediatrician.

Sports Medicine Specialist Dr. Abhay Dikshit's  Response
To my opinion your boy of 7 weeks needs thorough investigation by a reputed paediatrician to rule out any seriou condition of liver or any congenital disease.
