Alcohol inhibits your body's ability to clot, which when having surgery is a very veyr bad idea! You could possibly bleed out! Also, alcohol has the ability to diminish your body's supply of nurtients which aid in the healing post-op. You definatley want to go into surgery as healthy as possible!
