Yellowish Vaginal Discharge After Unprotected Intercourse. Severe Cramps. Reason?

Hi, I had unprotected intercourse with my guy about 6 days ago, in which he pulled out before finishing. I noticed having unusual vaginal discharge after that. The discharge is odourless, watery, sticky and a bit yellow. This morning I woke up having cramp and could barely stand. I finished my period the day before the intercourse. Also I have flu and fever since yesterday.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Presence of yellow colored discharge, and cramps suggests pelvic inflammatory disease.
An examination of the yellow discharge is required.
This test will identify the micro=organism (if any) causing the infection.
Appropriate antibiotics can be given for clearing the infection.
Pelvic inflammatory disease is also associated with cramping sensation.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination, investigations and appropriate management.
Avoid having intercourse till the time infection clears away.
Treatment of the partner also needs to be done.
