Yellow Vaginal Discharge With Smell Of Rotten Eggs, Worsened After Leep Procedure. What Could It Be?
I have been having what I tought was bv on and off for 4 years now. Recently the discharge has turned yellow or green and smells like rotten eggs . I also had a leep procedure done last week and it appears thta the smell is now even worse after the procedure. Do you think this is bv or can it be trich or something else?

It seems that you might be having chronic infection in lower genital tract, it might be bacterial or yeast.
Go for vaginal swab test and culture for specific organisms causing this infection and medicines effective against this organisms.
After report go for long course of specific medicine for long time as advised your Gynaec.
Keep local hygiene proper.
