Yellow Stools, Clear Nasal Discharge. History Of UTI, Hand Foot And Mouth Disease. Treatment?

I have a 10 month old female who has been having very loose yellow or green bms. Usually around 4-5 per day. Otherwise normal behavior other than some clear thin nasal discharge . Her appetite and sleep habits have been normal. She recently has had 2 UTIs with 2 rounds of abx. Also has recently had hand foot and mouth disease and has recently cut 2 teeth . Normal healthy baby, no chronic issues. Normal pregnancy, not premature. Should she be seen by her pediatrician?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
As your child is having gastroenteritis you can give oral rehydrating solutions to prevent dehydration and you can add zinc, probiotic like lactobacillus or saccharomyces. If child is dull, urine is decreased, loose watery motions are continuing consult your Pediatrician for further management.
