General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the discharge of yellow liquid from the anus with stomach cramps indicate possible intestine infection through some sort of bacteria most likely.

You must get a stool routine microscopy done with your lab specialist and get back with the report.

Till that time, prescription of GI specific antibiotic as metronidazole with your GP will serve to control the issue best way.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
