Yeast Infection, Drop In Blood Sugar Level, Have Blister, Ithcy. Had Hysterectomy. Taken Zinc Oxide. Sufficient?

Hello I am 45, had a hysterectomy and was living in black mold 7 months ago and got very sick from it. I see a Natural Pathic Dr. And he said I didn't have a yeast infection anymore just said ot was worn out, lol,but told me not to insert garlic anymore because he thinks its affecting my bowels.I have been sore in the external part of my vagina and i thought I got it back again. I had intercourse with my husband a week and a 1/2 ago and i did shave in that area we used a product called Wet Platinum and it dropped my blood sugar dramitacally then I inserted garlic again for the past few days for a week and I think I irritated my vagina more and on top of it after i had a bowel movement I rinsed my vagina off a last Sunday I thought was warm water and it turned out to be scalding hot. Last night i noticed that I was itchy next to my clitoris which was already swollen from the water and went to the store and got some Destin with Zinc Oxide I did scratch in that area and today I noticed that that same area has 4 small pimples that are very itchy, maybe one is more like a a very small blister. I'm wondering if its from shaving or from the Destin, or from the garlic or the scalding water. I use Dove body soap I'm that area also.

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The blister that you have can be related to an infection in the area. If the zinc oxide does not help then it is best to get it examined by your gynecologist and get some oral antibiotics prescribed for early healing.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
