ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi x, in asymptomatic deviated nasal septum there is no need of conservative and surgical treatment but in symptomatic deviated nasal septum with both maxillary sinus hazy required conservative treatment first and if not improved so much then surgery.
thanks
