X-ray Shows Bilateral Upper Lobe Shadowing With Bronchovascular Distortion. Help

hi there....................my x-ray result shows 1-trachea is central 2-there is bilateral upper lobe shadowing with bronchovascular distortion 3-nodular infilitrates is seen bilaterally 4-thecardiac silhouette is normal 5-no pleural infussion 5-no hilar lymphadenopathy and the visualised bones are normal ................please i want to know what does it suggest ..........because i had tb 5 years a go and i think i am healthy i dont have any bad feelings..........
