"Follow-up chest film since Jan 14, 2012 shows partial interval resolution in the previously seen left upper lobe infiltrates". what does it mean? is there an improvement?

hello

I am dr.Omer , and i am here to help you with your query

As you have told that you have to undergo medical test for employment

You are a patient of pulmonary TB (left upper lobe) . you have taken 8 months of treat and i would say to complete 9 month of anti TB drugs

Your follow up xray showed , partial interval resolution in the previously seen left upper lobe infiltrates, meaning that your tb has almost been killed, partial because when TB dies it leaves fibrotic and calcified tissue , then we say its a complete resolution, but that requires few months after the treatment.

And you wont have problem in your job if you complete 9 months of treatment

hope this helps
