X-ray Showed Mild Pleuro-diaphragmatic Tenting. Is There Any Medicine To Cure This?

hi im 23 years old and had undergone xray last month.the result was mild pleurodiagphragmatic tenting.since it was my medical to apply job abroad,i needed to get a pulmo clearance from the pulmonologist and i have it already.now my employer didnt accept it because he wanted to have my xray result clear.my queation is.what do i need to do so that this findings of my xray would be clear.is there any medication for this?

Pleurodiagphragmatic tenting may be a normal in your case, if you dont have any other problem. Thats why your pulmonologist has given a clearance.
There is no any specific treatment for that. If there is underlying pathology it can be treated. But it your case its looks normal, so talk with employer again. Best luck.
