Writing Span Problem In Hand Due To Motor Nerve Problem, Pain In Back Of Head. What's This ?

doctor..i had an writing span problem in my hand 8 years ago due to motor nerve problem..my hands had lost sensing power n slowly some control was lost...now from last 2 years i feel pain in back side of head due to strain in nerves and i feel a fibroid like thing ..it pains also on touching..then after some hours it disappears
