Hi,
It seems that due to hard hitting there might be injury to veins causing bleeding in soft tissues giving rise to bruise and swelling.
If swelling increasing then apply tight bandage on the wrist, it will stop bleeding.
After some time remove bandage and observe swelling or forming hematoma under skin.
Apply ice packs over the part.
If swelling increasing then go to Er and get examined.
Ok and take care.
