Wrist Pain On Moving The Wrist The Wrong Way With Prominent Blue Veins After Injection In Wrist For Cts. Normal?

Hi, I just recently received an injection in my wrist for cts. The past couple days at work, if I stretch or use my wrist the wrong way it hurts extremely bad. I ve also noticed small blue veins that appear more prominent every time I use my wrist wrong. My question is what could be causing this and is it normal? Thank you

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent pain in the wrist is likely to be due to a persistent inflammation in the area. You need more rest for the joint to recover completely. Oral anti inflammatory drugs will help.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
