Would The Vertigo Possibly Be A Withdrawal Symptom Of Not Completing The Medicine Course?

I have recently started experiencing vertigo. the only change in m?y habits/meds has been like this: due to a family emergency i was unable to fill my prescription for celexa (20mg) for almost a week; also i stopped eating meat products 2 weeks ago. Would the vertigo possibly be a withdrawal symptom?

hi,
celexa is an antidepressant that have tremendous effect on brain. stopping the drug should only be done gradually on tapering schedule.
The giddiness and other issues that you are experiencing are most likely due to withdrawal of the drug. Restarting the drug can abate your symptoms, and is best done by consulting your psychiatrist.
hope this helped.
