Would Testing Positive On Three Markers Be Enough To Diagnose My Condition As Lyme?

I was tested for Lyme disease and was told that three of the markers were positive. I was bitten by a tick 40 years ago and have had headaches, joint and muscle pain severely since then. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but believe its something else. Would testing positive on three markers be enough to diagnose my condition as Lyme? My headaches were so bad when I was fifteen a brain scan was done to check for a tumor. I was also having double vision
